Designed to offer you an exceptional viewing experience, this cabana is your perfect riverside or lakefront holiday home with two stories of warm charms and cozy nooks.

Built with a separate living area, an upper deck, a dining space equipped with a modern pantry, 2 x bed areas with a closet installed in the ground floor bedroom, and 2 x bathrooms, Comely provides ample space for comfortable living.

Giving you maximum privacy, both bed areas are situated separately from other living spaces. And each floor has its own bathroom making this a convenient living space for 3 - 5 individuals.

That's not all. This two-story luxury cabana also comes with an outdoor deck with a hot tub that invites you to dip your cares away while sipping a glass of sparkling goodness as you gaze at the shimmering night sky.

And this cabana space can be easily upgraded into a small-town house with just a few modifications.

Material Specification

Foundation structure Will be designed by a qualified structural engineer. Foundation type varies depending on site conditions.
SuperstructureCompleted by demountable galvanized iron box sections, the report of the superstructure will be prepared by a qualified engineer with a warranty.
Roof and CeilingA Galvanized iron box sectioned roof frame, covered by Zinc Aluminum roofing sheets as a top layer and a Thermal insulation layer as a bottom layer. And will be built to withstand external loads such as wind and snow. The ceiling panels will be manufactured by autoclave technology.
FloorAn underlayer made of demountable non-organic floor boards manufactured by autoclave technology, completed with a layer of Vinyl flooring paneling finish.
WallsAn underlayer of demountable non-organic wall boards manufactured through autoclave technology, finished with Vinyl wall panels with thermal insulation.
Bathroom and FittingsThe underlayer is made of demountable non-organic wall boards manufactured through autoclave technology, and completed with a finishing layer of Ceramic or Porcelain tiles. All surfaces will be waterproof and laid with Ceramic or Porcelain tiles up to ceiling level. Bathrooms include all fittings, a water closet, a wash basin, and four-piece accessories. European standard faucets with Grohe or equivalent fittings and accessories will be used.
Doors and Windows Powder-coated Aluminium with tempered glass. Ironmongery of high-quality European standards.
Pantry A fitted pantry cupboard set with granite top including a Refrigerator, Burner, Inbuilt Oven, Hood & SS Sink.
Stormwater drainage Zinc-Alum gutter and downpipes fixed to the roof, including manholes, gully, etc. connected to the main drain (by others).
Water supply : UPVC cold water pipe network. Hot water in bathrooms and pantry via Independent 15 ltr Geysers. All water supply pipework shall be in PVC type 1000 to SLS 147:1993 and PVC fittings to SLS 659:1993. All above-ground soil & waste pipe work in PVC (T 600) to BS 4514 and BS 5255. All underground drainage pipe work by others.
Electrical works All electric installations will be done as per the latest standards of IEC 60364 or higher. (Need to confirm by a qualified electrical engineer)
Mechanical works All HVAC installation will be done as per the latest standards of ASHRAE 55, 62.1, 90.1. (Need to confirm by a qualified electrical engineer)
